SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS =================== * Microsoft Windows®95 * 386DX/25 or higher, processor (486 or Pentium recommended) * 4 MB RAM (8 MB recommended) * CD-ROM drive (double-speed or better recommended) * Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device * VGA display (256 color video recommended) * Windows-compatible sound card recommended STARTUP INSTRUCTIONS ==================== If your system recognizes an AutoPlay CD-ROM, the opening screen will appear automatically when the CD-ROM is inserted in your CD player. Choose a button on the opening screen to start Windows 95 How & Why or Exposition. Click Exit to quit. If your CD-ROM does not AutoPlay, open Windows Explorer (or File Manager). Double-click your CD-ROM drive folder to display its contents, and double-click the file named AUTORUN.EXE to start the opening screen. Windows 95 How & Why is optimized to run on a system with Windows 95 installed. To save your hard disk space, the application runs entirely from the CD-ROM, so performance on a single-speed CD-ROM drive may be slow in some instances, such as displaying video and animation. Running Windows 95 with earlier versions of Windows --------------------------------------------------- Windows 95 How & Why can be run with Windows 3.1 or 3.11, but Help will not be available. If you experience errors, double-click Setup.exe in the How&why directory on the CD-ROM. -END-
